- Hello There is trash outside of 47 Russell Street in Charlestown MA. After a new renter moved in on Saturday all over the sidewalk. Are you able to do something about this since trash day is on Wednesday and they continue to throw things they no longer want outside on the sidewalk which if continues will create a hazard for adults and children walking on the sidewalk. I have tried to keep their trash in a neat pile against the house but they keep throwing more things out there. This is a beautiful neighborhood and they obviously do not care about it which will not make for an ideal neighbor. Please fine them so they no can know that this is not acceptable in our beautiful town. Thank you so much.

Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the trash being placed out early for collection on the sidewalk infront of the property, and noted that trash should only be placed out after 5pm the night before collections or citations will continue to be issued. Trash was sent to dpw for removal.
