- The thing slowing traffic on Mass Ave at rush hour is cars parked in the bus and bike lanes. They all have their flashers on, but I have counted 15 of them between the River and Symphony Hall at 6:30pm on a Monday heading toward BMC. CAN WE FINALLY DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS? Or are we just going to keep making lane restrictions that drivers ignore anyway for quick parking?
