Abandoned Vehicle

Description

This car has remained in the same spot for well over a month, with these attached photos taken on October 9th and today. As you can see, it's sat so long that someone drew in the dust on it before I even thought to take a photo. It is in a parking garage, and so I don't know if that counts under Boston's abandoned vehicle policy, but I thought I should file a report anyway. I'm honestly just concerned for the owner's safety/whereabouts.
