- Constituent has been contacting building management to fix a variety of issues but nothing has been resolved. Their communication has been with the number 617-363-0668 through the management company. Consittuent reports that they have no control over the building's heat and that it's only on for one hour a day before shutting off, that the bathtub has a drainage issue due to how it was built and that it's causing rust as a result, that the mailbox provided by the building has no door so mail has no privacy and gets mismatched, and that specifically the oven provided for the unit has multiple cracks and burnt material.
