- The constituent is a spanish speaker. The daughter (Kirsy) is speaking on behalf for her father. The constituent that lives at this address got a stroke. The constituent is disabled and have limited mobility. The constituent is concerned for her father because she has placed many work orders in management and things are not being properly done. Its been happening for months. Theres water leaking from vent into the walls and carpet. Theres mold smell under the carpet that needs to be removed and they have not. The constituent states they were supposed to replace the toilet seat to his standards due to him having a stroke and its still not completed. The constituent states that you can smell the mold inside the house and all in the hallway. The constituent states management had fans in the house for days. But the rug needs to be removed. Everyday the water is leaking from the vent and heater into the carpet. The walls and paint have been fading away and deterioting. The constituent would like ISD dept to come out and inspect the home. The constituent also has doctors notes on accomindations and they are not complying with it .
