- Part time residents of 18 Chestnut have erected a chain across public property, calling it a private parking space. Cottage Rd continues on, although unused for vehicular traffic. They have put up a chain and planted bushes where the city plow needs to put snow in the winter. They also have installed cameras that are filming more of neighbors private land and public roadway than their property.
