Description
My wife and I experienced numerous bikers riding bikes over the lock walkway while we were walking to TD garden from Charlestown. We were almost hit and it was creating a hazardous environment for pedestrians. When biker was confronted, we were met with profanity. There are signs that say no bikes and the city spent over $100m on the bill russell bridge that has bike lanes in both directions. Requesting enforcement, larger signage.
