- Do not close cases without resolving the issue to try to make this go away. Reinstall the heavily used trash can or remove all trash cans across the city so all taxpayers are treated equally. You can’t say one full trash can is a safety hazard where as others are allowed to be full and there be no issues. It’s called staffing appropriately and coming up with solutions not just taking away resources
