- What department do I need to call to discuss the completely unnecessary and disruptive parade permitted in Back Bay/Boylston Street today. I’d like to understand the entire shutdown and closure of all Back Bay roads in the middle of a weekend day, causing endless gridlock, and why such an event would be allowed.
