- Lenin Court is a 42 unit apartment building. Per the code on the city website large buildings must place trash in metal or durable plastic containers. They regularly leave trash out so its strewn all over the place blocking access to the sidewalk. They have an issue with rats living in their bushes. This is health issue there is a restaurant across the street. It is always disrespectful to neighbors. It’s windy by the beach so come morning garbage is all over the street as it has been ripped open from the wind or rodents. These bags are not thick enough. If the city wants to genuinely solve the trash and rodent issue then they need to change or enforce the laws. They left this on the side of the property on P st. They should put it in front of the property.
