- Contractor permit states occupancy from 7am-4pm. They leave barriers in the street 24/7 often blocking spaces extending beyond their property. This has been going on for months and at this point the lack of attention being paid by the city despite a number of complaints by several neighbors is a slap in the face. These contractors should not have free rein over the neighborhood to run this like their own yard.
