- I am filing another complaint about ongoing trash violations at the property next to mine. The building has multiple units, around six, and the trash setup is not being managed correctly. The residents keep all their trash and recycling bins lined up against my fence. Several bins are overflowing. One recycling bin is upside down and not being used at all. The rest sit out in the open at all times. The residents have to resorted to throwing trash on the ground. This is obviously attracting rats…
