- Rats are TOO big to access bait boxes at these properties. They continue to nest in multiple holes behind this property. I have reported this same property before at 18 Isabella Street. ALSO the adjacent property on Cortes Street has trash bags (not in receptacles) that contributes to this never ending issue.
