- On Marginal Road next to Mass Pike Towers across from the Josiah Quincy Elementary School, there's at least one car taking up a resident permit parking spot and they don't appear to have a resident permit sticker. It makes it hard for residents in Chinatown to actually have a legitimate spot and in the early morning must move wherever their car needed to park. This happens fairly often and hope resident parking can be enforced more
