- The regular dumpster area for this apartment complex has every dumpster wide open (not unusual) and a pile of mattresses that has been there for over a week. More concerning is a new, bigger dumpster on the property. It is also wide open and overflowing. Looks like household trash, not construction debris. This is why our neighborhood can’t get ahead of the rat problem.
