- No heat in residence due to HVAC units being unplugged since early September. Condo Association has made no movements to cure, and indoor temps are below 62° at all times, and sub 50° overnight. We’re having to run multiple space heaters which is costly and dangerous while unsupervised. Every unit on the second floor does not have heat, and at least 2 of the units has small children living there.
