- Please see attached photo. Code Enforcement officer issued a citation last night for construction scaffolding blocking sidewalk. Also stated that citations (as stated in his comments) will continue to be issued until a permit is pulled. Enforcement officers statement, not mine. So why are you now stating that we need to contact ISD? This is not just an inconvenience, it's a public safety issue.
