There is a man on the roof top of a building near tufts medical garage. I was in the parking garage and watched him walk around. Then he stopped at a corner. I don’t know the name of the building but I have pics | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA A-1]
