- Unused Handicap Parking for 2 Years The handicap street parking spot in front of 33 Pearl St in Charlestown had been used by the woman who lived at 33 Pearl Street for over a decade. She unfortunately passed away 2 years ago and since then this spot has remained empty every day and every night. Removing the unused signs would add 2 valuable resident street parking spots to a neighborhood in desperate need of additional parking. Pearl St only allows parking on one side due to the width and location of Warren Prescott School. The unused handicap spot is primarily used by construction vehicles and Amazon trucks during the day which is frustrating to residents with small children. It sits empty every single night. Can you please send someone to investigate and remove the unused Handicap signs to free up additional parking for our neighborhood?
