- This has become a ridiculous situation with the defiant landlord of properties at 123 & 127 St Andrew Rd East Boston!! There had been For Days debris and packages delivered and left at 123 so that the payoff the home next door cannot access her Own Driveway, at 127 there are a multitude of new boxes with things like toilets strewn all over front of property, extending around the corner!! She had Allowed whomever delivered them under Her Direction to Put her crap on my friends property at 9 Nancia … WITHOUT Permission and Dangerously BLOCKED her Driveway with yet More boxes and Not one But Two semi trucks blocking street from traffic and people’s driveways… more than just a ticket for construction debris needs to be written!!! Failure to do so will result in reports to police’s city councilor , and whomever else is needed !!
