- Apartment building management allowing discarded mattresses to accumulate at 20 Wales Street, Dorchester. This was previously reported about 2 weeks ago and now there are twice as many mattresses there. It needs to be addressed as soon as possible. It's disgusting to look at day after day. What is the time limit and process for removal of such items?
