- Several Boston Budget Plumbing trucks have been occupying Chinatown resident parking spaces, leaving fewer spots for residents. With the library construction already reducing parking availability, this is causing significant strain. Non-resident cars are also regularly parking in resident-only spots. Please increase enforcement and ensure commercial vehicles do not use resident parking.
