- Speeding has become a significant issue on Salcombe Street and Stoughton since the Pleasant Street speed bumps have been installed. There are many children in the area and with speeding (particularly up the hill on Salcombe) I am concerned someone will get hit. Can we get on a list for speed bumps here?
