- Concrete runoff left in gutter. Construction workers left concrete runoff flow along thw gutter on Marginal Street in East Boston. The photo only shows a piece of the runoff it goes for a while. Clearly a SWPPP violation to discharge in a municipal storm/sewer system. Work took place today 11-25-2025.
