- **reallocated to PWD_Admin per G Costen Hi- please see screenshot from 311 case no #101006357020. As a follow up, the main reason there was a large amount of trash in this bin is because other waste receptacles on Beacon Hill (likely also installed on a trial basis) were removed. Since their removal, there has been a very significant amount of dog poop not picked up at all or bags of dog poop left on the street (and sometimes even on private property!). Is there someone I can contact further about this? Thanks!
