- Constituent states the hot water in this building is not consistent. Has been out this most recent time for the last 4-6 weeks. Goes off and on everyday. Maintaince ame out twice wednesday and once yesterday. Was told one of the boilers keeps going off and BHA has been aware for months and nothing has been done. Has to boil water to bathe her children and god forbid the children get burnt from this who would be responsible? Have submitted multiple complaints and nothing has been done. Looking to get an inspector out ASAP. Has been an issue since moving in. BHA was served last year by ISD for this same issue and it is still ongoing. Has reported to AG, HUD, Chauncy st, and Board of health.
