- I've owned on Billings st in West Roxbury for 10 years. The sidewalks are HORRIBLE! They are pavement. They are a HAZARD! My kids go over their handle bars and flip on their bikes and scooters. You will have a law suit coming your way if you don't get it fixed. All of us neighbors will get together and do a class suit. Unacceptable. I'm a father of 3.
