- I reported rats/mice in kitchen the first week of Nov 2025. Asked the landlord multiple times (Nov 10, 16, 19, 22) to plug holes under kitchen sink. They plugged holes in the basement between the 16th and 22nd but no one came until the 25th to plug holes under the sink. I sent photos of droppings on 11/22. There is a brush pile & overgrown bamboo thicket in the back yard that has been unaddressed for months. Rats are still visible in backyard.
