- Security and safety were compromised at MBTA Back Bay Station this past Sunday. Heavy Thanksgiving crowds and loitering created a dangerous environment, while a security guard was observed neglecting his post, standing idle and visibly playing on his phone instead of monitoring the area. This inattention is unacceptable. Please investigate and take disciplinary action
