- This is regarding a recently closed ticket. Yes, this site has a permit for construction obviously. Their permit explicitly states they need to keep the sidewalk safe for pedestrian use and thru traffic. Leaving barricades strewn across the sidewalk all weekend so no one can pass through should not fly because they “have a permit.”
