- Extremely poor property conditions. You guys won’t pick the sofa that’s almost on the sidewalk bc it’s on “private property”. Please reach out to Arcadia Management as they’re the owners of this plot of land and need to take care of it and keep it clean. It’s used as a dump. If not addressed, I will report to Inspectional Services Department. Cat food is being left out every single day and it’s welcoming rodents. Keep our neighborhood clean. Arcadia needs to be pressured bc they do not care.
