Description
Backyard of 5-7 Glenley Ter, Brighton, raised 12 to 18 inches above abutting property without a retaining wall, and gravel fill is encroaching on 9 Glenley Ter. Asphalt poured on top fill at 5-7 on Nov 20. With runoff and erosion, the gravel fill will continue to encroach. Asphalt added for parking for 3a Glenley Ter, but does not conform to plan approved by the city.
