- Daily issues with use of the bathroom in Egleston Square Branch Library, 2044 Columbus Avenue, Roxbury...Boston Public Library facilities and upper management refuse to repair the water faucet in the the bathroom with the changing station and there have been other problems with the faucet and to know avail. Overuse of the bathroom from the hobos, vagabonds and low-level gangbangers has caused a problem in over a year in the library.
