Televisions, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators / Freezers, Water Coolers / Ice Makers, Dehumidifiers, and Laptops / Computers / Monitors are considered "Bulk Items" that must be scheduled on boston.gov On the homepage, scroll down to the section titled "Featured Resources", then find the square link underneath titled "Special Item/Bulk Item Trash Pick Ups" On the BOS311 App, press on the menu icon in the top left and scroll down to "Resource" to find the "Schedule a Special Item Pick-up".
