- 5-15Victory RD, Wallace Apartments. The grounds are disgusting. Dumpster is always open, mattresses, TVs, graffiti, excetera. Most residents and owners keep their property up in these neighborhoods, one neighboring Bostonian has been given award for his stunning holiday display! The City is raising property taxes again, but allows disinvested landlords to trash the neighborhoods. These units are affordable, so tax money is being spent and the Private Investment Company owners obviously think no one deserve a pleasant place to live. Please address. Many People own and live in their property here. A landlord who takes rents have to maintain the property. The Administration needs to do more for the residents. Awards, Prizes, Committees,and Political Bravado have their place, but what's the point when disinvested landlords use our neighborhood as a piggy bank, and force us to deal with garbage, and their sloth.
