- Description
- The wooden section of the Charles River Bike Path directly under the BU Bridge (Boston side) is incredibly dangerous when wet or icy, especially where the path curves on either end. I have slipped and fallen off my bike twice now, and judging from the multiple new scuff marks on the wooden planks along that section, I’m not the only one. This section needs to be made anti-slip to prevent collisions and accidents with bikes and scooters. Please figure out a way to address this issue for the safety of everyone who depend on this path for their daily all-season commute. It is a really hazardous location in general, only to be made worse with snow, rain, or ice. | Case (SR) Type: [Mass DCR] Referred To: [Mass DCR]
