- Seeing that street cleaning is over. Do you think BTD can enforce the rules for Residents Only Parking with a two hour parking limit. Because there are numerous vehicles that don’t have the resident parking sticker.. And the out of state vehicle with New Jersey plates has been parked on this street for days!!!
