- Constituent states that early November they were having issues where the electricity in 50% of their house does not have electricity. States that they had made multiple requests on the online portal used to report issues which took over 5 days for it to be fixed. States that afterwards there was pipe work being done in their apartment which caused them to not have running water for days as well. Beleives that they are delaying the fixing for this so that they will be late for rent.
