- Newly installed fences on Beach Street and South Street in the Leather District are way too large. Look at this car with a handicap placard who had to park really far from the curb because the fence makes it impossible to open their car door. How are people supposed to get in and out their cars? Parking is already limited here and now you just made a bunch of parking spots unusable.
