- Constituent has been without heat for about a month now. It was never turned on. Borrowed space heater from friend for the time being but needs actual heat. Sent someone out while resident was at work and told her she needed to be there for maintenance. Let him know her availability and he has not gotten back. Also has no smoke detectors in the entire unit. Also had an issue with water being turned off for 24 hours due to non payment.
