Holland Construction has a 2 car Permit to park in front of 269 Commonwealth AVE --- Permit #OCCU -794913 --- they have dropped a 40 foot dumpster at 265 Commonwealth Ave then use Construction cones to block the street all the way up to 271 Comm -- this constitutes 6 to 8 Spots overall .... this is an illegal use of this permit .. Please have Holland put their dumpster where it should be ---- in front of 269 Commonwealth Ave --- this is a disservice to hard-working, tax paying citizens !
