Description
I live in the apartment complex at 1970 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, MA 02124. The common areas in my complex such as the gym, rooftop “Club House”, and lobby are not heated properly. The gym is 62 degrees during the day, the lobby is 60 degrees during the day and the rooftop club house’s only heat source is electrical space heaters plugged into the walls.
