- Construction at UMass Boston is a loud banging noise that has been going on all week. They have started at 7 AM today on Saturday the 6th. I do not see an after hours permit on the map, so they are directly violating construction hours. This has woken much of the neighborhood up and is disturbing the peace for everyone on their weekend.
