- Neighbors at 52 Hopedale in Allston have rat poison near the sidewalk that is not secured in an approved bait container. One of our neighbors dogs got to it before the owner could react and had to go to the emergency vet. I understand under MA code (https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartIV/TitleI/Chapter270/Section3A) that this is potentially negligence and the home occupants can be fined by the city and potentially sued for damages if a pet or person is injured. We would appreciate if your team could take action so no other pets or potentially children are harmed. Thank you.
