- My trash barrel was damaged by the city’s trash contractor, Capitol Waste Services, during pickup(11/24/25. The barrel is cracked/broken and unusable. This happened on my regular collection day. I’m requesting repair or replacement. I have pictures and video of the damage occurring. I have contacted Capital waste via phone on two separate occasions (1st week 2nd week) and was told a supervisor would contact me. No supervisor has contacted me. This report needs to be escalated please
