- Good afternoon, Boston 311 and hope you're all having a good Sunday. Earlier today (approx. 12:30 PM), I cleaned up an abandoned encampment (very small) on Dorchester Avenue (adjacent to the Federal Reserve building) between Congress and Summer streets. All debris and litter has been placed in trash bags and a 5-gallon pail. Unfortunately, I did not have a means of transport and/or a place to dispose of properly. Hoping that Boston PWD can drop by and collect this during the day on Monday (the 8th). Thanks in advance.
