- I’d like to report an ongoing issue with my neighbor in Brighton with failing to pick up or properly maintain the leaves in their yard. Large piles of leaves are left unmanaged, and every time there is wind, the leaves blow into my yard. This has been a recurring problem and requires me to repeatedly clean up debris that is not mine. I am requesting assistance in reminding the property owner of their responsibility to maintain their yard so the debris does not continue to affect neighboring properties.
