- Code enforcement needs to come out and do something to discourage overflowing dumpster. Check each dumpster - I only took pictures of 2 dumpsters but the ones behind the adjacent building are also overflowing. How can we keep up with the rats when these dumpsters are never shut. The restaurant owner needs to be fined. That’s where all the trash is coming from.
