- Greene Construction has closed Marlborough Street between Exeter and Dartmouth to all traffic. No permits are posted that permit this closure and residents have not been contacted or made aware of any such closure. Due to this no residents can park or even move their cars already parked off the street. This has happened multiple times within the last 3 weeks. What is going on and why does the city allow such wanton lawlessness from contractors.
