Poor Conditions of Property

Description: I am requesting a leaf and yard waste collection at my address: 23 Colwell Ave, Brighton, MA. I have followed the official City of Boston yard waste schedule and placed the bags outside properly on the correct dates for the past two collection weeks. However, the collection truck did not pick them up either week. To avoid any issues on the sidewalk, I already removed and replaced the bags twice, always following the schedule. The leaves are stored correctly in large paper lawn/yard waste bags, fully compliant with the city requirements. I kindly request that a collection truck be sent to remove these yard waste bags as soon as possible, or that I be informed if there is any specific issue that needs to be corrected on my side.
